How many queries can I submit per month? +

The Basic Advisory plan covers routine, day-to-day HR matters. There's no fixed query cap for standard advisory support — if your volume is unusually high or involves complex, time-intensive work, we'll discuss an appropriate arrangement with you.

How quickly do you respond? +

We aim to respond within one business day for all enquiries submitted via email or the contact form. For urgent matters, WhatsApp is the fastest channel.

Do you provide legal advice or represent us at MOM? +

Our service provides HR advisory and preliminary guidance — not legal representation. For matters requiring formal legal proceedings or MOM representation, we will advise you accordingly and can refer you to appropriate professionals.

Can I upgrade from Basic Advisory to a project engagement? +

Yes. Many clients start with the Basic Advisory plan and engage us for project-based work when larger needs arise — a policy overhaul, a restructuring exercise, or an onsite facilitation. Both can run concurrently.
