Who We're Looking For

We're not looking for HR administrators. We're looking for people who have managed real, complex HR situations — who can sit across from an anxious business owner and give them a clear, confident answer grounded in experience.

What We Look For

  • Minimum 8–10 years of HR experience in Singapore-based roles
  • Strong working knowledge of the Employment Act and MOM frameworks
  • Experience handling employee relations, disputes, or disciplinary matters
  • Comfortable advising in plain, practical language — not corporate jargon
  • Responsive and reliable via email, phone, and virtual meetings
  • Retired, semi-retired, or seeking meaningful flexible engagement
  • Professional qualifications a bonus, but lived experience comes first
