A social enterprise born from a simple observation.
Singapore's SMEs are the engine of our economy — but most of them run HR the same way they run everything else when stretched thin. The business owner handles contracts. The ops manager deals with disputes. Finance processes payroll. It works, until it doesn't.
At the same time, Singapore is home to an entire generation of experienced HR professionals — people who spent careers at multinationals, government agencies, and major enterprises — now retired or semi-retired, with knowledge that took decades to build sitting largely unused.

HR Shared Services exists to close that gap. We are a social enterprise — not a staffing agency, not a tech platform — built on the conviction that both groups are better off when they find each other.
